The First Snow and Sledding

This has been a Michigan winter without much snow.  It's hard to believe that on January 15th we haven't had more than two inches on the ground.  And this does not make the boys happy!  They want to go sledding.  The moment they see frost on the ground they ask about sledding.  Thankfully we had a small amount of snow on the ground one weekend and daddy was able to take the boys sledding with the Summerfields, the boys' best buddies.  They came back exhausted but excited.  There were a few mishaps and near misses and a few tears when they fell off but they certainly had a lot of fun.  Now if only it would snow again so they could have some more fun.
Read to go!

"Mom, can you please stop taking our picture and let us go sledding?"
