October Snap Shot

With all the sleepless nights we've had I thought I would give a photo look into our October.

Jennifer practiced being a "princess" for her brothers,
who love it when she is all dressed up.

David tried out Jennifer's hair bows.

A game of peek-a-boo had all three smiling!

Jennifer snuggled with her bunny - which is a can't live without it item!

Jennifer sleeping with her three favorite things.  1. Bunny - thanks Aunt Denise!  2. Tigger, who watches over her and reminds us all of the Thompsons  3. Her favorite pink blankie from Aunt Krista!

Sleepy girl with a "monkey" butt!

Mom made the mistake of asking Thomas to give Jennifer a few more cheese balls.  He was more than willing to help and certainly made his sister happy.

Jennifer practiced walking.  She was ready to take off at the beginning of the month but once on antibiotics for her ear infection (that we didn't know she had) she became off balance and then battled ear infections all month so she isn't off and running yet (which is okay with mom).

David and Thomas spent a lot of time doing puzzles.  Thomas is a natural at figuring out puzzles.

When the weather was nice we got outside.  Jennifer loves taking
the "car" for a ride down the driveway.

Bundled up and lookin' good!

A little "napkin man" fun at dinner!

King of the toy room (Thomas)!

Jennifer walks behind the Rescue Hero vehicles as she learns to walk.

Thomas grew!  He also learned that since he's grown he can now reach farther up on the counter.  He nabbed the cookies and helped himself to a yummy cookie - and was rather proud of himself!

We learned about science.  Lyndsey bought the boys "hockey puck" looking things that when soaked in water turned into wash cloths!  The boys loved watching them "grow" and loved the end result - Cars wash cloths.

We took a trip to the Children's Museum with Nama Jan.

Thomas almost fell in but he sure had fun learning about water displacement int he fountain!

Growing like a weed.  Jennifer outgrew six month
clothing and found her way into 9 month clothing!

After nap the boys can be found "waking up" at the top of the stairs with
their blankets that aren't supposed to come down the stairs!

Silly faces and jammies!

Riding our favorite fire truck outside.

Practicing riding a bike with Carson's bike.  Hopefully Santa will bring
the boys a bike for Christmas - it's all they talk about.

Picnic lunches outside in the back yard!!

David loves his silly faces!

Brothers and best buddies share blankets when there is only one.

Thomas playing turtle with a box.

Sweet Jennifer

Jennifer tries to help her brother read.
